Project Description:

The District has implemented several water conservation rebate programs intended to improve customer wateruse efficiencies. The rebate programs that have been implemented in the past include: low flush toilets, high efficiency appliances, weather-based irrigation controls, turf replacement. etc. It is widely recognized that these improvements reduce water usage, but the District has not audited the results to determine if the intended impacts were realized. By reviewing historical consumption data and using data analysis techniques this project can validate the existing rebate programs effectiveness, provide recommendations to expand programs, or inform roll out efforts of future rebate programs.
