NBCUniversal Project 2: Employee Engagement Modeling and Prediction

Project Description:

We would like the CMC student team to utilize and build on the work done by CMC students who participated in the Fall 2021 Capstone program. As such, we would like the CMC student team to analyze our data and the recent survey data to help predict employee engagement. We are particularly interested in seeing if there is an ideal number of workweek hours and/or any ideal collaboration behaviors that correlate with engagement. This analysis will just focus on a specific business/function to be provided by NBCU with the intent of creating a roadmap for future analysis of other businesses/functions.
