We would like the CMC student team to analyze our data with the goal of understanding the visitor activity at the top of the funnel, and specifically, what patterns are contributing to converting/not converting the visitor into a live chat lead. In other words, is there anything we are doing/not doing pre-chat and to start the chat that is helping or hurting the overall conversion rate?
