Project Description:

The client would like the CMC student team to utilize and build on the work done by CMC students who participated in the Fall 2021 Capstone program. As such, the client would like the CMC student team to analyze Microsoft Workplace Analytics (WPA) and the recent survey data to help predict employee engagement. The client is particularly interested in seeing if there is an
ideal number of workweek hours and/or any ideal collaboration behaviors that correlate with engagement. This analysis will just focus on a specific business/function to be provided by the company with the intent of creating a roadmap for future analysis of other businesses/functions.
